Lynn Dugan

With a long history of activism starting at age 16, Dugan was no stranger to marches and protests and while attending a Pride Parade in Columbia, SC in 2003, Dugan met Charlie Smith who invited her to Charleston, SC. She moved there soon after and began her involvement in the community, founding the Charleston Social Club for women. Dugan went on to establish Charleston Pride and their first Pride Parade was held in Park Circle in 2010.
