I walked and finish a 26.2 mile marathon and just when I was thinking about quitting another marathoner said to me "KEEP GOING YOU'RE MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION" so in this journey called "Life" I always check to make sure I'm moving in the right direction.
